Details as below:

• Role: Emergency CMO IC
• Dates & Shifts:

- 22 to 23 May 2020 - 2230-0830 hours - $200 per hour

- 29 to 30 June 2020 - 1300-2300 hours - $180 per hour

- 03 to 06 October 2020 - 2230-0830 hours - $200 per hour

- 22 to 26 October 2020 - 2230-0830 hours - $200 per hour

- 21 to 25 December 2020 - 2230-0830 hours - $200 per hour

- 31 December 2020 to 04 January 2021 - 2230-0830 hours - $200 per hour

• Accommodation is provided
• Travel reimbursement capped at $800
• Pay rate between $180 - $200 per hour
