Thursday 11/02/21 2230-0830 (PGY3)
Friday 12/02/21 0800-1800 (PGY5)
Friday 12/02/21 1400-2400 (PGY5)
Friday 12/02/21 2230-0830 (PGY3)

• Accommodation provided
• Travel reimbursed
• Pay rates: PGY3:$200 per hour; PGY5: $250 - $275 per hour
